Our certificates/memberships.  We are also fully State licenced in Minnesota
and North Dakota as sole proprietorship Caterers and Personal Chefs.
Our Sole-proprietorship is wholly owned and operated by Executive Chef Travis Alexander.

ALL our recipes and items are made FRESH and as close to organic as possible.  
Nothing pre-packaged and no mysterious chemicals are used in our foods.

All our staff is trained and proficient in food safety and cooking skills and look forward
to serving you in every legally and morally supported way possible.

We are serving the Twin Cities and surrounding communities as well as Eastern North
Dakota.  We are based out of Grand Forks and Eagan, MN.
Your information will NEVER be shared with any other person or company.

For security Reasons we do not give out our home location.
Since I am a sole-proprietor my address is my home and I do not believe it is wise to put a
home address or phone number on a public website.  For that reason we only use our
business phone and P.O. Box.  We only give our address after our in-home meeting and
trust is secured.
